Abstract:
Main question of the initiative: How can services and equipment
be made more easy to use and easy to learn for a market of users
who are not all the same and have different needs, capacities
and characteristics.
Methods considering the needs of the elderly and disabled people
in the area of product development , user-centred methods (group
discussion, interviews, questionnaires, user trials) are described
in the article.
