Abstract:
OPEN is a TIDE project designed to help blind or partially sighted

or partially sighted travellers throughout Europe.

designed by project partners. The results have been statistically
analyzed using SPSS. The study used qualitative and quantitative

were conducted in Leuven, London, Paris with groups of 7-10
blind and partially sighted people. Further a telephone interview
survey was used in Belgium, UK, France.
