Abstract:
The following research areas are discussed in the paper:
users as "technoguides" in the integration of design
and evaluation in developing computer technology;
interaction between users, technical designers and manufacturers;
interaction between users and manufacturers
The approach is illustrated with examples and methods of user
involvement from the TIDE-ACCESS Project (user groups as active
participants in the design and evaluation process, dialogue
workshops).
