Abstract:
The workshop gave the opportunity for experts in different fields
to meet and discuss how standardization processes can be improved
so that future standards do not build up new barriers for people
with disabilities or older people.
User influence in the standardization process, recommendations
for more direct involvement of user groups, obstaclles and examples
to participate are issues reflected in the bibliographical reference.
